Architectural Request Form
The Oakmont 2 Association owns all common and limited common areas. Any alterations, additions, or enhancements to common elements, including limited common elements, must be approved by the Association in advance. Unit owners are only permitted to make alterations, additions, or enhancements to Limited common areas dedicated to their use and only with prior Board approval.

Approval is not required for improvements by unit owners to their unit, however, per Article VIII, Section 5, notification to the Association must be made for any improvement with a value in excess of $15,000.00.
