Maintenance Request Form

The Oakmont 2 Association is responsible for the maintenance of all common areas and limited common areas unless otherwise specified in the Declaration. Limited common areas, and common areas that benefit fewer than all unit owners are the financial responsibility of the owners that benefit. See our maintenance responsibility reference guide for more details. If this request is for a limited common element or a common element that benefits fewer than all unit owners you will be financially responsible for the associated expenses.
