Owners or their Real Estate agents, may request a resale certificate by contacting Penn Equity by phone or in writing. There is a fee (set by contract) for this service payable to Penn Equity at the time of making the request.

Please allow up to 10 days for the documents to be prepared.

Please note that if a request is made to prepare the documents in less than 10 days an additional charge may be added by Penn Equity
